DBS SECURITY SYSTEMS PVT. LTD. operates the
Endroid Cam mobile application.
This page explains how users can request deletion of their Endroid Cam account
and associated personal data.
How to Delete Your Endroid Cam Account
You can delete your Endroid Cam account using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Delete Account Within the App
Open the Endroid Cam app
Log in using your registered email
Open Profile Screen
Scroll down to bottom of the screen
Click on Delete Account
Confirm the deletion
Option 2: Request Account Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by
contacting us via email:

Subject: Endroid Cam Account Deletion Request
Please include your registered email address
What Data Is Deleted
Once your account deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently deleted:
Name
Email address
Account credentials
All associated camera configurations are deleted
User-related configuration data
Data Retention
After account deletion:
Your personal data is permanently removed from our systems
Important:
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once deleted, you will no longer be able to access your account.
